Position: Trainee Software Tester (Manual)

Experience: Fresher

Approx. Stipend during Internship: Upto Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- Per Month

(Initially, Candidates will be hired as Trainee-Manual Testing Engineer for 6 months.)

Approx. Package Post Internship: Upto Rs. 2,64,000/- to Rs. 3,60,000/- Per Annum

Job Location: Pune

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Educational Criteria:

BE / BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ MCS/ MCA (IT / CS/ E&TC only)
No Criteria for Passout Year and Percentage

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven software tester to be responsible for designing and running tests on software usability. The software tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the development team. You may also interact with the Development team to understand the requirements of the product.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create tests to identify software problems
Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
Document results of tests for the software development team
Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs

Skills required:

Detail knowledge of testing phases and approaches, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end..etc
Added Advantage Mantisbt
MSSQL/MYSQL Fundamentals
Strong communication skills that allow them to collaborate with others. They communicate problems and coordinate with QA, development, and Support teams to ensure products are free of errors
Knowledge of writing and designing tests
Detail Knowledge of Test Design/Test plan and Test cases.
Detail Knowledge of Defect Reporting

Personal Experience:
