Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 3,72,000/- Per Annum ( 3 Lakhs Fixed + Upto 72K- Travel Allowance + Sales Incentives)

Job Location: Across India

Educational Criteria: 

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Passout Criteria till 2023
  • No Percentage Criteria

 

Responsibilities:

      1. Partnership Development:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with bank representatives and staff.
  • Collaborate with banking partners to identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance

     2. Client Consultation:

  • Work closely with bank clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance options that align with clients’ financial goals.

      3. Quoting and Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and present insurance quotes to bank clients.
  • Coordinate with banking partners to integrate insurance offerings seamlessly into the
  • overall financial planning process.

      4. Sales and Closing:

  • Utilize effective sales techniques to secure insurance sales through banking channels.
  • Provide support to banking partners in promoting and selling insurance products.

      5. Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with current market
  •  

      6. Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure all sales-related documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on changes in insurance and banking regulations.

 

Skills Required: 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate and coordinate efforts within a banking environment.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with insurance and banking regulations and compliance requirement
