Job Description:
This position requires a hands-on developer with a robust technical skill set, a genuine passion for technology, a penchant for writing and debugging code, and effective communication skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
Join a dynamic mobile, web, or backend development team dedicated to delivering mission-critical applications utilized by millions of users. Collaborate closely with teammates to conceptualize and implement new features.
Proactively identify and resolve issues, including bugs, performance bottlenecks, and unexpected crashes. As you progress, assume greater responsibility, tackling more complex tasks, mentoring peers, leading project modules, and potentially managing teams.
Commit to ongoing learning, staying abreast of emerging techniques and technologies in the field.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of any programming language
C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, C#, Swift, Objective-C, or any other preferred
Good aptitude and a willingness to learn new things.
Enjoy writing and debugging code.
Persistence and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process:
- Pre- Screening Test – Online
Online programming test (Evaluate programming skills of the student)
Technical Interviews: 2-3 technical interviews evaluating the programming skills of the student. [We focus on programming questions related to standard data structures and algorithms. We may also ask some OOPs concept questions.
