Position: Intern (Software Development)
Experience: Fresher
Internship Duration: 06 Months
Approx. Stipend During Internship: Upto Rs. 11,000/- Per Month.
Approx. Package Post Internship: Upto Rs. 4,50,000/- Per Annum
(Based on performance during the internship, with a potential CTC of 4.5 LPA)
Job Location: Pune
Job Type: Work From Office: Compulsory, with a possibility of a hybrid model post-PPO acceptance as per company policy.
Educational Criteria:
- BE / BTech (IT / CS only)
- Pass out Year 2024 Batch Only
- Percentage: Company may implement percentage criteria based on received applications. Only shortlisted candidates will be considered for the next process. (Candidates with high percentage will be preferred)
Skills Required:
- Technologies: Excellent Programming Skills
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are mandatory

Terms and Conditions:
- Performance Review: Regular reviews during the internship period. If performance is unsatisfactory, termination can occur before completing the 6 months.
- Stipend: INR 11,000 per month for 6 months.
- Full-Time Offer: Based on performance during the internship, with a potential CTC of 4.5 LPA. Full-time placement is not guaranteed.
- Service Agreement: A 12-month service agreement post-internship. If a candidate leaves before completing 1 year, they need to pay a certain amount.
- Certificate of Completion: Provided based on the number of months present during the internship.
