Job Description:

As an AI Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leveraging data to develop and deploy machine learning models, algorithms, and AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data-driven insights to improve business processes and drive innovation. Your role will involve data analysis, model development, and deployment in both research and production environments.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Preprocessing: Gather and clean data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand patterns, trends, and relationships within the data.
• Feature Engineering: Develop relevant features from raw data to improve model performance and interpretability
• Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific business problems.
• Model Evaluation: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques, iterating and refining models as necessary.
• Deployment: Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor model performance over time, identifying and addressing issues as they arise. Update models as needed to adapt to changing requirements or data
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data engineers, and domain experts, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes
• Documentation: Document methodologies, algorithms, and code for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning research, experimenting with new techniques and technologies to drive innovation.

Skills Required:

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science and machine learning, such as Python or R. Experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit- learn, and pandas is highly desirable.
• Statistical and Mathematical Skills: Strong understanding of statistical and mathematical concepts relevant to machine learning, including probability theory, linear algebra, and optimization techniques.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn new technologies and tools as needed.
• Ethical Considerations: Awareness of ethical considerations and potential biases in AI and machine learning models, with a commitment to responsible and ethical use of data.
