The India division is hiring Investigation Associates for its Transaction Risk Management Team in Bangalore, offering Work from Home flexibility. This team is responsible for investigating and eliminating risks associated with online ecommerce transactions.

Position: Investigation Associate
Experience: 0 to 2 Years
Job Type: Seasonal/Contract (FTC)
Start Date: August/September 2025
Work Mode: Work from Home
Shifts: Rotational (24x7 environment, changes every 3-4 months)
Weekly Offs: 2 Consecutive rotational off-days (changes every 3-4 months)

Educational Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (except B.E/B.Tech)

• Minimum 65% aggregate

• No current backlogs

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate facts related to seller transactions

• Take appropriate actions on transactions per SOPs and tools

• Communicate with internal and external customers via email and phone

• Document investigation steps and provide detailed annotations

• Escalate problems or variances systematically

• Analyze performance metrics to support business goals

• Meet daily productivity and quality standards

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate with 0–2 years of work experience

• Excellent spoken and written English communication

• Ability to handle and interpret large datasets

• Strong teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work efficiently and independently

• Comfortable communicating with various stakeholders
