Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Fresher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will test our software products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals beginning their career in Quality Assurance.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual testing to identify defects and ensure products meet specified requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand software features and functionalities.
Defect Identification and Reporting:
- Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, and issues discovered during testing.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify bug fixes.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test results, defects, and test procedures.
- Create and update testing-related documentation as necessary.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of: Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), Bug Life Cycle, Java/Python, SQL, Selenium
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of testing tools and techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools.
- Internship or project experience in software testing or quality assurance.

Terms and Conditions:
- The position will be offered on the basis of assessment (Intern to hire/ permanent)
- Internship duration: minimum 3 months, Pay: 10,000/-
- Permanent position, Pay: 1.80Lpa for 6 months, after that revised upto 2.80Lpa.
- Service Agreement for 2 years is mandatory for all the freshers.
