Eligibility Criteria:

• BE / BTech  (CS/ IT Branch Only)
• Pass out years 2022, 2023 & 2024 only.
• 60% and above throughout academics
• No Active Backlogs

Skills Required:

• Desktop support engineers require both soft and hard skills. Outlines below are some the skills that they need to possess.
• Problem solving skills: Since desktop support engineers will be required to face several IT issues, they need to use problem-solving skills. Strong problem-solving skills will help resolve issues in a good time while using the company’s resources efficiently.
• Communication skills: Desktop support engineers need to interact with a lot of people. Good communications helps them relate to a customer or colleague and understand their requirements. They can also ask the right questions and resolve the problems being faced.
• Teamwork: Most of the time, a desktop support engineer will work in a team and these skills become very critical. You will be working closely with your teammates to provide support and assistance and also credit them with their success. All this reflects good teamwork.
• Technology skills: A good understanding of computers and computer networks is essential if a desktop support engineer must help with IT related issues. If your knowledge is good, you can offer better support.
• Excellent communication and Fluent in English
