Job Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated experienced QA engineer for a full-time position. This position requires a strategic thinker; a problem solver who is a self-starter and self-motivated; well organized, flexible, and effective with multiple simultaneous tasks.
Role & Responsibilities:
- As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end project delivery which includes –
- Build detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
- Assemble and execute priority based test cycles in the test management system.
- Work closely with development to ensure efficient test case progress and bug fix rate.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Proven ability to create and maintain quality project & technical documentation.
- Provide standardized reports and time estimation to upper management when asked.
Skills Required:
- Experience in Web and Mobile app testing.
- Proven experience in functional, integration, API and cross browser testing on web-based applications.
- Knowledge and understanding of the following technologies: XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and JSON.
- Understanding of SQL and ability to execute basic SQL queries to verify application behavior.
- Experience in database testing and executing SQL Queries is an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills with a willingness to share ideas and learn from others.
Terms and Conditions after Selection:
- Offer Letter will be shared with selected candidates
- Training of 6-8 weeks which will be paid training.
- Multiple assessments will be there on the Induction basis of technology. (Objectives + Practical + Interviews).
- Need to clear the above assessments as well. There are consequences if got failed the assessments.
- After clearing the induction then Offer Letter will be shared with the candidate.
- Service Agreement of 2 Years from Offer Letter date.
